main goal is to do what you need done, to make your
project a success, and do it on-time and on-budget.

agencies goals are to place as many full-timers in a
facility as possible.

- The people who work for
Linker Systems work for Linker Systems as regular employees.
If we do a job for you, the people who did the job will
still be with Linker Systems the week after the job.
And the year after.

- The people placed by
the consultant employment agencies are temporary employees.
As soon as your job is finished, they'll be out looking
for the next consulting job; perhaps with a different
agency; perhaps in another city.

- We know our people are
good. That's why we keep them.

- They believe their people
are OK. After all, their resumes look good.

- We're flexible. If you
want 80 hours of work per week, fine; you get two people.
Just need 15 hours a week? Not a problem.

- Temporary agencies, being
"body" oriented, want to place as many bodies
as they can on the job, at 40 hours each.

- We have our own facilities,
with a great variety in computer platforms. That means
that we can do the job at your location, or take the
job to our office and perform our work without using
your valuable office space and resources.

- Their facilities are
sales offices.

- Our people have a wide
variety of skills, from business programming, to scientific,
to factory control, to custom work, to the Internet...
you name it. We have the experience and expertise to
make your project a success.

- Tell them what you need;
they'll then look, through their resumes, for someone
who seems to have the buzzwords you are looking for.

- Got something unique
or unheard of? We'll learn what we need to learn (new
or arcane languages, for instance) at no charge!

- What? Are you kidding?
Of course you're going to pay for every hour
spent on anything.

- We have a 4-hour minimum,
and bill on a 15 minute increment (except on fixed-price
projects). You pay only for the time you need.

- No job under 2 to 4 weeks
is worth considering. You'll generally pay for whole
days or weeks.

- On most types of projects,
we can quote an hourly rate, or do work at a fixed price.
This means that you know what you'll get (with an actual
guarantee) and what you'll pay, before we even start.

- No way are they going
to guarantee a fixed price on any job.
|
- There's no way to do
this one with humility:
We're the best there is.

- "We checked their
resumes. Everything should be fine."

- The bottom line: We'll
do what you need. We'll do it fast. We'll do it right,
